One fateful night, I
received a phone call from the owner of the Grand Panda
inviting me in to do a restaurant review on his restaurant.
Without telling him, I visited his restaurant to take a look
at the menu and the restaurant. Although I thought that the
menu looked "boring", I decided to give it a try. I have been
hooked ever since then. The food is exciting and I liked
peeking into the open kitchen to see, hear and smell the food
that was being prepared. I also liked the fact that all of the
dishes were nicely prepared, seasoned and distinctively
different than other like dishes found in other Chinese
restaurants. My favorite dishes include the Spicy Pungent
Fish, the deliciously different Orange Peel Chicken and the
Kung Pao Shrimp. |
