I love the freshness and attention to details
that the cook’s give to the food. All of the dishes have
layers of flavors and many of the dishes come from the owner’s
own family recipes. My favorites include the deliciously rich
and complex tasting Chicken Mole, the impressive Parrillada
Mexteca with chicken, steak and shrimp, the spicy Molcajete
shrimp with nopales and all of their tacos. Unfortunately,
Dona Timo is one of those small Mexican restaurants that are
often overshadowed by the larger more flashy Mexican
restaurants, but believe me, the food is great and this
restaurant is definitely worth trying! |
